I keep a diary with “itches”: annoyances in everyday life, things that irritate. Now and then I pick an itch and try to determine it’s root cause. Then I start sketching ideas. The weirder the better, because I do this for fun. (Although I’d love to have a pair of pigeon view glasses).
- Made with Paper
- The term “itch” (in the context of innovation) is something I’ve learned from Tim Hurson’s “Think Better”
- I like the combination of a blue background and white pencil: it reminds me of the blueprint sketches used by Mythbusters or Wild E. Coyote. Which has got nothing to do with real blueprints, it just looks cool.
